Two rows are specific to Paperhawk in this table.
We have not found another PDF app in this table that estimates the plotted points of one chart, or turns a grabbed region into a PowerPoint slide. Other products here convert whole documents to Excel, which is a different job. We last checked on 2 October 2026, so tell us if that changes.
iLovePDF and Acrobat Pro convert whole documents to Excel. Paperhawk works differently: you select one table or chart and copy only that. iLovePDF's desktop app is part of its Premium plan. Adobe Reader is free; text and image editing need an Acrobat subscription. A dash means we did not find the feature in that product's own documentation. Prices are US list prices checked 2 October 2026 and differ by region: Acrobat Pro, US, annual plan paid up front, is US$239.88 (UK: £238.75 including VAT); iLovePDF Premium, billed annually, is US$60 (US$9 if billed monthly), and its pricing page showed US dollars to a UK visitor.
